CRS did an outstanding job removing the smoke‑damaged interior of my home. The house had to be completely gutted down to the studs, and when they were finished, there was absolutely no smoke odor remaining. Every piece of drywall, insulation, cabinetry, A/C ducting, and every door had to be removed. When the cleanup was complete the interior looked like new construction. Tom had a foreman on job at all times directing the crew. The best part is CRS worked with the insurance co and the job was paid for 100%.
Tom and his crew began work as soon as the insurance company released the property, and their professionalism and attention to detail were evident throughout the entire project.
I appreciate the quality of their work and the care they took in restoring my home.

I am a Plumber in San Antonio, and I’ll be honest. I’ve seen and met a LOT of Restoration companies out there, and Cleaning & Restoration Specialist, Inc is BY FAR the one the HIGHLY recommend and RESPECT. I do not trust any single other company, but them. I had a customer who had a slow leak that only dripped here and there. By the time she found out, her ENTIRE Kitchen, Dining room, and Hallway had already been exposed to mold and water damage. I referred her to CRS and they came out the same day. They did their thing and even got on the phone with her insurance. They reassured her that everything was going to be alright and walked her throughout the ENTIRE process. I rarely see any companies do the bare minimum, ESPECIALLY this. So, I’ll say it again, I trust and will recommend Cleaning & Restoration Specialist, Inc to any and all my customers.

The crews from CRS have been fantastic. Everyone - Tom, Jim, Reese, Mario and all the technicians have been professional and handled our water damage in an expedient manner. We are very happy with their responsiveness and how they addressed all the issues. I highly recommend them for any cleaning and restoration neeeds.

When a sewer pipe leaked in my home, I knew I needed mitigation done. I interviewed three different companies and Cleaning and Restoration Specialists were top notch and a very easy pick to go with. I can’t thank Yolanda, Tom, and every single person I interacted with on this team. Reese, Jim, Mario…I could go on and on when I say every single member took care of me truly like I was family. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else and will continue to sing their praises whenever someone needs their services!

On June 11, 2025, San Antonio had unprecedented rainfall and flash flooding. Our house was filled with water. While with the help of friends the excess was removed, there was still water underneath the flooring and traveling up the walls from underneath. We called Cleaning & Restoration Specialist, and they came right out. A very reasonable estimate was given, and they proceeded to get right to work on things to keep our home from any further damage. Everything was done professionally, and they even went out of their way to help us coordinate other professionals such as cabinet pros and plumbers to get things done for us. I can’t say enough good things about them. Would highly recommend them. Because of their expertise our home is better than before!

I have used their services twice and they have always been great to work with. Very professional, on time, and conscientious of my needs. They work directly with my insurance making sure all the work is covered and approved. I highly recommend them. When your insurance company wants you to work with one of “their” recommended companies, just say “ I want to use Cleaning and Restoration Specialists”.

Called Cleaning and Restoration Specialists to see if we had water damage in our attic after a leak. They came to my house and said no remediation was necessary. I was so impressed with their honesty, I would definitely use them if I ever needed restoration or remediation work

Cleaning & Restoration Specialist (CRS) is by far the best water damage restoration company in town! My husband and I recently had a water heater in our attic leak, and it caused extensive damage. We called CRS, and they had a crew on scene within the hour! From start to finish, CRS was responsive and extremely professional. Tom the owner and his crew went above and beyond for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the service that they provided! Definitely referring CRS to our clients, family and friends. Thank you CRS!

Called on a Saturday and got scheduled for a Monday morning appointment. Tom was friendly and efficient. He explained that everything looked great and gave us instructions to continue drying out the hot water heater closet. It was a relief to know this was something we could handle.
